1. Read the instructions carefully and Click 'PROCEED' button to proceed further.
2. Applicant should keep the following documents ready before filling up of application through on-line mode:
- Valid 10 digit Mobile Number.
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Voter ID Card).
- Complete fill up the Application Format.
3. The Applicant should fill up all the required information i.e. Applicant Details, Educational Institution Details, Buses Details, Driver & Helper Details etc. correctly.
4. Applicant should upload the scanned image of Identity Proof, Vehicle Registration Certificate, Vehicle fitness certificate, Insurance Certificate of vehicle, Pollution Certificate, Traffic PS report, Permit for School/ College Bus, Driving Licence of Driver, Police Verification (Driver & Helper).
Note:- Size of file should be between 100kb to 500kb.
5. Applicant should upload PDF file of all Valid documents.

6. Applicant will receive a message on the registered mobile number containing Application Number on completion of Registration.
7. Applicant will receive Approval/ Rejection message on the registered Mobile Number on Approval/ Rejection of application by the Licensing Authority.
8. After verification completed, Applicant can download/ Print Permission Certificate from the online site.
9. Applicant applied for renew, one month before expiry of Permission Certificate.
