1. Read the instructions carefully and Click 'PROCEED' button to proceed further.
2. Applicant should keep the following documents ready before filling up of application through on-line mode:
- Valid 10 digit Mobile Number.
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Voter ID Card).
- Complete fill up the Application Format.
3. The Applicant should fill up all the required information i.e. Applicant Details, Proposed Premises Details, Technical Employee details etc. Correctly.
4. Applicant should upload the scanned image of Identity Proof, Land record/ Lease deed, Fire Safety Certificate, Sketch Map/ Plan.
Note:- Size of file should be between 100kb to 500kb.
5. Applicant should upload PDF file of all Valid documents.

6. Applicant will receive a message on the registered mobile number containing Application Number on completion of Registration.
7. Applicant will receive Approval/ Rejection message on the registered Mobile Number on Approval/ Rejection of application by the Licensing Authority.

- Then Click on Receipts under the Odisha Urban Police Act Menu & Click on 0070-60-109-0097-02082 and then Click on the Next Button.
- Provide all the required information i.e. Amount, Depositor Details, Identification Details etc. on the E-Challan page and pay the required Amount.
- Manufacture Fees- (New Apply-2000/-, Grant/ Renewal-2500 (15 kg-200 kg at a time) exceeding 200kg, Rs.600/- will added for every 50 kg.
- Sale & Possession Fees:- (New Apply-300/- Grant/ Renewal-600/-) (Upto 100kg).

9. Applicant will have to Upload the Challan Copy on the given link after successfull completion of payment: Click.
10. Applicant can download the Licence Certificate from the link after completion of verification Click.
11. Applicant will receive the final confirmation message on their registered mobile number after verification.
12. Applicant applied for renewal, one month before expiry of Licence.
