1. Read the instructions carefully and Click 'PROCEED' button to proceed further.

2. Applicant should keep the following documents ready before filling up of application through on-line mode:

Valid 10 digit Mobile Number.
Scanned copy of the Indemnity Bond (Should be printed on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper).
Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/ PAN Card/ Voter ID Card/ Any Photo ID Card).
Route Map of Movement.
Driving License Copy.
Registration Certificate.
Update Tax Received.
Certificate of Insurance.
Pollution Testing Report.
Permit and fitness Certificate (For Transport Vehicle).
Complete fill up the Application Format.

3. The Applicant should fill up all the required information i.e. Applicant Details, Permission Details, Routeline Details, Vehicle Details etc. correctly.

4. Applicant should upload the scanned image of Identity Proof, Permit Certificate, Insurance Policy Certificate, Fitness Certificate.

Note:- Size of file should be between 100kb to 500kb.

5. Applicant will receive a message on the registered mobile number containing Application Number on completion of Registration.

6. Applicant will receive Approval/Rejection message on the registered Mobile Number on Approval/Rejection of application by the Dy. Commissionerate of Police, Bhubaneswar.

7. License Cell office send Views & NOC letter to applicant after receiving approval message.

8. License NOC letter further allows the applicant to seek clearance/ approval from ACP Traffic PS.

9. Scanned copy (Digital Image) of the views & NOC received should be uploaded with file size between 100kb to 500kb.

10. Applicant will pay the challan amount after getting Approval message. For reference go through the details given bellow:-

Then Click on Receipts under the Odisha Urban Police Act Menu & Click on 0055-00-800-0097-02204-000 - Receipts under the Odisha Urban Police Act and then Click on the Next Button.
Provide all the required information i.e. Amount, Depositor Details, Depositor Identification Details etc. on the E-Challan page and pay the required Amount.
INR 100/- for each Programme (INR 300/- if Loudspeaker used in the Programme).

11. Applicant can download the Licence Certificate from the link after completion of verification Click.

12. Applicant will receive the final confirmation message on their registered mobile number after verification.

13. License procurement for Vehicle entry inside city must be submitted 72 hours before the ceremony date but not earlier than 15 days.
