2. Applicant should keep the following documents ready before filling up of application through on-line mode:
3. The Applicant should fill up all the required information i.e. Applicant/ Owner Details, Cinema Hall Details, Location Details, Parking Details etc. correctly.
4. Applicant should upload the scanned image of Identity Proof, Land record/ Lease deed, Approved Plan BDA/ CDA/ BMC/ CMC, Fire Safety Certificate, NOC from PHD, R&B, NHI, Pollution Certificate.
Note:- Size of file should be between 100kb to 500kb.
5. Applicant should upload PDF file of all Valid documents.

6. Applicant will receive a message on the registered mobile number containing Application Number on completion of Registration.
7. Applicant will receive Approval/ Rejection message on the registered Mobile Number on Approval/ Rejection of application by the Licensing Authority.
8. After completion of Construction, the Owner/ Applicant will submit the compliance report from all the stake holders/ deptt. then Licensing Authority inspect the site with all other stake holders.
9. After Inspection, the applicant will get another message for approval/ rejection.
10. Cinema Hall Licnece will be issued to the applicant/ Owner after approved.
11. NOC letter should upload the scanned image from getting concerned departments.
Note:- Size of file should be between 100kb to 500kb.
12. Applicant will pay the challan amount after getting Approval message. For reference go through the details given bellow:-
9. Applicant will have to Upload the Challan Copy on the given link after successfull completion of payment: Click.
11. Renewal of Cinema Hall Licence should apply before one month from the expiry date.

2. Click on Receipts under the Odisha Urban Police Act Menu followed by click on 0070-60-109-0097-02082 and then Click on the Next Button.
3. Provide all the required information i.e. Amount, Depositor Details, Identification Details etc. on the E-Challan page and pay the required Amount.
4. License fee INR 1500/- (For grant/ renewal/ Transfer) (25000 liters).
5. Kindly download the Challan for future reference after payment completion.
